To ensure clarity and transparency throughout our collaboration, please carefully review the following information:
- LogoMuses is committed to creating a completely original logo design. However, it is the client’s responsibility to conduct trademark searches and verify whether the logo design may unintentionally conflict with any existing registered trademarks in their country.
- In the rare event that a logo design coincidentally resembles an existing trademark, we will revise the design at no additional cost to ensure your brand remains unique and legally safe.
- Revisions apply only to the selected concept. Requests to switch to an entirely new concept after a concept has been approved will be considered a new project or subject to an additional fee equal to 50% of the selected package price.
- If the number of complimentary revisions is exceeded, each additional revision will be charged at $30 per revision.
- To avoid unnecessary delays and extra revision rounds, clients are encouraged to compile all revision requests at once and submit them together.
- The Stationery Suite includes essential design materials that help businesses communicate professionally and consistently. Clients may select any 5 items from the following list:
Business Card, Letterhead, Envelope, ID Card, Folder, Email Signature, Phone & Desktop Wallpaper, Sticker/Label. - Full payment (100%) is required in advance for the Starter package, while a 50% deposit is required before design begins for the Professional and Premium packages.
- Payments are accepted via PayPal.
- Promotional pricing (if applicable) may vary from time to time.
- The design concept selected for copyright ownership will belong exclusively to the client. Any concepts not selected will remain the property of LogoMuses.
